Plantiqs Store values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and any personal data associated with your use of the Plantiqs Store mobile application and services.

🔐 Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Once your request is verified, we will permanently remove your data from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

✅ How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Delete Your Account From the App (Recommended)

If you have access to the Plantiqs Store mobile application:

  1. Open the Plantiqs Store App
  2. Go to Profile → Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

After confirmation, your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by contacting us via email.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your registered email address or mobile number
  • The login method you used (Email, Google, Facebook, or Phone OTP)
  • Any additional information that helps us identify your account

We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Data deletion requests are processed within 7 to 30 days
  • You will receive confirmation once the deletion process is completed

🧾 Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete:

  • Your user account and authentication records
  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Login identifiers from Google or Facebook (if used)
  • Profile information associated with your account
